Some Music Link Suggestions

I am desperate for 2 things on a daily basis:
1. To find new music that gives me joy
2. To have a decent playlist going in the background while I am working.

I discovered this amazing radio station from AOL Radio.
I have yet to try out their other categories, I do know that the Indie Rock Mix is amazing. I have found some amazing artists, too much to keep track of even!!

Do you ever hear a song on a movie that you LOVE but you really want to know who sings it?  Well there is an awesome blog called Reel Soundtrack that gives you the complete list along with each scene the song is in!  Its pretty amazing.

one rainy day playlist

I love listening to music while watching the rain drops hit my windshield before they are quickly wiped away.  Each ripple in a puddle creates its own rhythm, natures' dance.

I am slowly trying to create the perfect rainy day music playlist, over time it will be changed but soon I will have created the one that fits just right.

I find the rain inspiring as well, a good time to read or write.  Also to listen to music and just let your mind wander.

The time of the year makes a difference...Spring rain is most definitely less dreary than the cold winter rain.

Once Summer hits I look forward to that first pouring warm rain.

Until then this is what I have come up with, I was inspired by these songs during our last rainy day.

I have just discovered this particular band and I am sure you will hear more! They also create music separately. It's wonderful. =)
